CLS was brought in to do landscape consultation for Phases 2 through 4 of the downtown Edmond streetscape. The streetscape was a continuation of a design set under a previous master plan to unify the 12 block area around the downtown.
This was a 4-phased project spanning 6 years with the purpose of developing the gateway into Oklahoma City from the airport. The two-mile corridor was enhanced with landscaping, monument signs, hardscape and landscape features that unify the site.
We bring experience and sensibility in the design of streetscapes or educational and corporate campuses to create spaces that focus on the best qualities of urban life. We pride ourselves on working well with both public- and private-sector clients and facilitating collaborative partnerships that lead to built results.

The Mayor Pat Wooley wanted the corner of 50th and MacArthur to be the best looking intersection in the metro area. Our design, including new signs, benches, pavers and landscaping has done just that!

The downtown area of Moore is a better place since the development of the streetscape, with places to sit, walk and socialize. Landscaping, pavers, picket fences and “Old Town” markers create sense of ‘home town’.
OKLAHAOMA CITY, OK
When the development of the Maywood Park area was designed, there was no residential development near downtown Oklahoma City. The site design was important to unify the area and included many hardscape features, lighting, landscaping, pocket parks and a large sculpture.
